LSPAN Terms & Conditions
-
Non-Emergency Service
You understand that your request is not an emergency - click here if it is.
-
Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is our main priority and will be protected to the highest degree.
Exception: if you tell us that either you or someone else is in imminent danger, we are obliged to act upon that information - and this may include waiving your confidentiality. In this extremely rare event, we will always aim to work with you to keep you and others safe.
-
Nature of the Service
This programme is staffed by trained fellow volunteer pilots. While they have skilled access to resources and a range of professionals, their primary role is to support you as a peer. The peer volunteer will not tell you what to do, make decisions for you or intervene on your behalf.
Consequently, the volunteer pilots, LSPAN, CAP or Norse Atlantic Airways cannot be held responsible for decisions and actions you may take following contact with the programme. Having said that, we are here for you and will do everything we can, within these parameters, to support you.

Feedback and Data Use
As we are continually learning and striving to improve this service, your feedback is important to us. We may use your data in an anonymised or aggregated manner only. We may also ask you for feedback once you have finished using our service.
Participation in this feedback is optional and if you would rather us not use your data, please either let your peer know or email us directly at: support@centreforaviationpsychology.com
By proceeding, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to the use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
